My Son was diagnosed with being on the spectrum about 2 years ago. When I was referred to Mrs Emmanuel-Worgu Mercy (CEO Utmost Care and Therapy Services) by a friend of mine, my son was not verbal and his receptive language skill was zero. Basically he did even understand when spoken too. At that time, he could not respond to his name. Meeting Mrs Emmanuel-Worgu was a blessing because she was able to encourage us as a family. She was able to assign us to a wonderful staff who has worked with my son for the past 2 years. In this 2 years, there has never been a day Miss Success has missed her therapy session with my Son. After 2 years I can say with tears in my eyes and being grateful to God for using them as a source of blessing to my son. My son is now verbal. He has so many words in his vocabulary. He knows everyone’s name at home. He says mummy and daddy. He can count numbers to 1-40 sequentially and identify them. He identifies and recognises all the letter sounds. He is even blending two letter sounds now. He understands everything he’s been told; his receptive language skill has improved and he even run simple errands of two step directions.

Going for open day this past week and his teacher telling me that he calls all his class mates by their names. He is now fully toilet trained both night and day.
I know we still have grounds to cover, but knowing where we are coming from , I am so filled with Joy.

Currently he is 3 years and 9 months and we got his diagnosis quite early at 1 year 9 months. We actually noticed early because he started saying some words by 1 year. Only for my husband to notice by 1 year 6 months that the words he was saying he was no more saying them, also he was so active. He never used to sleep at night. We can be awake till 3am every night. This made us go to the hospital. Initially the doctors felt he had hearing impairment. We did many tests. We were finally told that he was on the spectrum.
When we first got his diagnosis you couldn’t take my son out because he was scared of meeting people. He will literally be crying. Today this same boy loves going outside. He makes friends so easily. His social life has been impacted as well. The progress is just so great.

I noticed that my daughter at age 7+ could neither read nor write well,but could just identify things and scribble although she was willing to . She could talk but not fluent in her speech and sound articulation,I was concerned and sought help from her school .

The school proprietress linked me with Utmost Care and Therapy Services (Mrs Mercy Emmanuel -Worgu) in February, 2021,she visited my home to access my daughter, afterwards which she spoke to my husband and I about their intervention services,a home therapy was commenced for her.

Within one year of her therapy,she improved in her speech and sounds,started writing without assistant,can memorise things and even more.

She is more coordinated in school and tries to do her homework happily and unassisted.
